Returns & Exchange Policy

We always strive to provide you all the specification details so that you shall have a great experience every time you shop with us. If you have any problem with your order in terms of fit or size (only) of the garment we will be happy to exchange it for you. You can exchange your order within 3 days from the day of delivery.

  • Garment exchange is acceptable only for the size or fit issue. For any other issue with the delivered product, please call us first before placing an exchange or replacement request.
  • Please notify us of receipt of the product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, packaging and invoice.
  • Postage and charges for exchange of these will be borne by the customer. We will not responsible of reimbursement courier charges. 
  • All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to us.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the goods in transit.
  • The product sent for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement.
  • Please note that in any case of used products, we cannot offer exchange.
