Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We try to ship all orders within 24 hours. We ship 6 days of the week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.
  • Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed to you as soon as the order is shipped, to the e-mail address provided by you. . If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website.
  • Depending on the product availability, a few orders might take more than 5-6 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.
  • Packages shipped by www.yashline.com are not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel / packet while accepting the same.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt twice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
  • For some delivery locations and for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the goods.
  • For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before placing the order.
  • We dispatch the orders through First Flight Couriers, DTDC, Professional, India Post Speed Post or Palande Couriers. To get the ordered product in time, kindly ensure that your PIN code is serviced by respective shipping companies (kindly check their respective websites).
  • Currently, we ship our products only within India.
